The Elizabeth Estates Library has fourteen (14) computers for public use. All the workstations have Microsoft Office and Internet access. The library computers are for specific purposes to provide efficient service for the users. Anyone using the computers for purpose other than those designated by the library could forfeit their privilege by the Librarian. Library staff could only offer basic assistance to users as time permits, but cannot offer personnel instruction in the use of the computer software. Users should be computer literate in order to use the computer equipment. The use of the computer is on a first come, first served basic, no reservations. Only two users may sit at a workstation at one time. A parent or guardian is required to sit with a child while using the Internet. An adult must accompany a child under the age of seven.


There is a charge of $2.00 per hour for adult using the library’s computers. There is no charge to use the computers for students in uniform and senior citizens.
